Cautions for use(취급상 주의사항)

1. It should be handled by qualified personnel with sufficient knowledge.

2. Do not handle or disassemble the items unless the safety is ensured.

(안전을 확보 전에 기기의 취급 및 분해를 절대로 하지 마십시오)

2.1 The machine and equipment can only be inspected or prepared after it is confirmed that the preventive devices against falling of driven articles and reckless operation preventive device are in place.
(기계장치의 점검이나 정비는 구동물의 낙하방지, 폭주방지를 확보한 후 시행하십시오)

2.2 Before the machine is disassembled, make sure that the above-mentioned safety measures are in place, shut off the air of hydraulic source and power and make sure that no pressure exists in the hydraulic circuit.
(기기를 분해할 경우에는 위에서 기술한 안전을 확인 후, 유압원 및 전원을 차단하고,
유압 회로 중에 압력이 없어졌는가를 확인하고 시행 하십시오.)

2.3 After stopping the machine, do not disassemble it until its temperature cools down.
(운전 정지 직후의 기기를 분해할 때는, 기기의 온도가 올라가 있을 경우가 있으므로
온도가 내려간 후에 행하여 주십시오.)

2.4 Make sure there is no abnormality in the bolts and respective parts before restarting the machine/equipment.
(기계 장치를 재가동하는 경우에는 볼트나 각부의 이상이 없는지를 확인하십시오.)

3. Do not touch the plunger when the workpiece support is in action. Otherwise, your hands may be injured due to clinching.
(Work support 의 동작 중에는 에 접촉하지 말아 주세요,
손이 끼어 상처를 입습니다.)

4. Do not disassemble or modify it. (분해나 개조는 하지 마세요.)
If it is disassembled or modified, the warranty will become invalid even if it is still within the warranty period.
(분해나 개조를 하면 보증 기간 내에도 보증을 불가한다.)

5. Warranty (보증)

5.1 Warranty Period (보증기간)

The product warranty period is 18 months from shipment from our factory or 12 months from
initial use, whichever is earlier.
(보증기간은 당사 공장 출하 후 18 개월, 또는 사용 후 1 년 중에 가까운 쪽을 적용한다.)

5.2 Warranty Scope (보증 범위)

If the product is damaged or malfunctions during the warranty period due to faulty design,
materials or workmanship, we will replace or repair the defective part at our expense.
Defects or failures caused by the following are not covered.
(보증 기간 중에 당사의 책임에 의해 고장이나 부적합이 발생되는 경우는 그 기기의 고장부분의 교환 또는 수리를 당사의 책임으로 행한다. 다음의 항목에 해당하는 것과 같은 제품의 관리에 관계되는 고장 등은 그 보증의 대상 범위로부터 제외된다.)

1. If the stipulated maintenance and inspection are not carried out;
   (정해진 보수 및 점검이 없는 경우)
2. If the product is used while it is not suitable for use based on the operator’s judgment, resulting in defect.
   (사용자 측의 판단에 의해 부적합 상태로 사용하여 발생한 고장 등의 경우)
3. If it is used or handled in inappropriate way by the operator (including damage caused by the misconduct of the third party.)
   (사용자 측의 부적절한 사용이나 취급에 의한 경우)
   (제 3자의 부당한 행위에 의한 파손도 포함한다)
4. If the defect is caused by reasons other than our responsibility.
   (고장의 원인이 당사 제품 이외의 사유에 의한 경우)
5. If it is caused by reform or repair other than carried out by us, or without our approval and confirmation.
   (당사가 행한 이외의 개조나 수리 또는 당사가 승인 확인하지 않은 개조나 수리에 기인하는 경우)
6. Other caused by natural disasters or calamities not attributable to our company. (기타 천재지변에 의한 당사에 책임이 없는 경우)
7. Parts expenses or replacement expenses due to parts consumption and deterioration
   (such as gum, plastic, seal material and some electric components).
   Moreover, the damages in connection with or resulting from the product defect shall be
   excluded from the warranty.
   (소모나 열화에 기인하는 부품비용, 교환 비용, 고무, 플라스틱, Seal 재질 및 일부의 전장 제품 또한 제품의 고장에 의해 유발되는 손해는 보증의 대상범위로부터 제외시킨다.)

6 Maintenance/Inspection (보수, 점검)

6.1 Removal of the clamp and shutoff of pressure source (기기의 분해 및 압력원의 차단)

(1)Before the machine is removed, make sure that the preventive devices against falling of driven articles and reckless operation preventive device are in place, shut off the air of hydraulic source and power and make sure that no pressure exists in the hydraulic circuit.

(기계를 분해할 때는 구동물의 낙하방지, 폭주방지 등을 확인하고 유압원과 전원을 차단하고 유압원의 압력이 없음을 확인 후 시행하십시오)

(2) Make sure there is no abnormality in the bolts and respective parts before restarting.
(기계 장치를 재가동하는 경우에는 볼트나 각부의 이상이 없는지를 확인하십시오.)

6.2 Regularly clean the area around the plunger. (Plunger 주변은 정기적으로 청소해 주십시오)
If it is used with dirty surface, the friction resistance may increase so that the normal support position cannot be acquired.
(표면이 오염된 상태로 사용하면, 습동 저항이 증가되어 Support 위치가 불안전 하게 된다.)

6.3 If disconnection is carried out with coupler, air is mixed inside the circuit after a long period
of use, air venting should be carried out on the regular basis.
(커플러로 접속 및 분리를 하는 경우 장시간 사용하게 되면 회로 중에 공기가 혼입되므로 정기적으로 에어 빼기를 하십시오.)

6.4 Check whether the pipeline, mounting bolt and nut for fixing the lever are loosened or not. Retighten it on the regular basis.
(배관 및 취부 볼트에 풀림이 없는 지 정기적으로 점검 하십시오.

6.5 Make sure the hydraulic fluid has not deteriorated.
(작동유의 상태가 저하되어 있는가를 확인 하십시오.)

6.6 Make sure that the action is smooth and there is no abnormal noise. Especially when it is restarted after left unused for a long period, make sure it can be operated correctly.
(작동은 부드럽고 이상한 소음이 없는지 확인하십시오
특히 장시간 방치 후 재 가동하는 경우는 정확하게 동작하는가를 확인하십시오)

6.7 The products should be stored in the cold and dark place without direct sunshine and moisture.
(제품을 보관하는 경우에는 직사광선, 수분 등 없는 곳에 보관하십시오.)

6.8 Please contact us for overhaul and repair. (수리 및 개조는 당사에 문의하십시오)
